Fraud, Embezzlement, Bad Checks Fraud

Husband and I are seperated and filing for divorce. He apparently has taken the title to my truck which is in my name only and secured a loan from a local bank. I did not sign anything. He is still using my truck although I have asked him to return it which he refuses to do. What must I do now to get my truck and my title which I am sure the bank has. We were married for 3 years.
