7 yrs ago I did something really stupid in Denver Co and obtain a DL in my brothers name so that I could use his credit to get an apartment. I left the state and forgot about it (destroyed the fraudulent DL after i got the apartment); now 7yrs later Denver DMV enforcement wants me to appear in person before they will remove an all state alert from my ss#....there is no way i will ever go back.....how can i resolve this
