Foreclosure when my sister is making the payments!!

Okay so I had a mortage on a house. we decided to move and did a lease purchase agreement with my sister and her husband. the lease purchase agreement ran out, they still had not re-financed the home into their names, they continued to make the payments on the loan in my name though, now that they have moved away from the house, the loan company(still in my name) is sending the notices and what not to her and her husband. My question is when it is foreclosed on will it affect me or them?? I am wondering cause I get no letters, bills, or notices that the house is going to be foreclosed on. Please, help. Thank u

Since the mortgage is in your name, you are the one responsible. Why aren't you renting out the house and making the payments?

cause of the area that it is in (not good for renting, tried once) and the condition of what my sister did to the place don't have the money to fix
