I am in the process of a foreclosure. The house goes up for the "bank sale" in a week. I would like to know if I stay and go thru the eviction process that happens after the foreclosure sale, will the eviction show up on my credit report or will it just show as a foreclosure? I live in riverside county CA. Does anyone know the time frame for the eviction process here?
