We are trying to buy a home, due to a relocation. Upon having credit pulled we found that a foreclosure from 2002 was still present. We did file bankrupcy in 2004, which we thought the property was included. Did our attorney over look the amount of the home. He did include the past due amount, but as far as we can determine not the entire amount of the home. If the home was sold at a sheriff sale will the amount still be owed by us, or as the attorney filed just the past due amount. We have tried to get a hold of the attorney who seems to be on vacation, and this is really holding up the process of relocating to another state. Who can we see to have this amount removed if we don't owe it due to the sheriff sale in PA. Any help with whom to contact would be appreciated. Thanks
