Forclosure rights

In Missouri the buyer will usually close on the property in 30 days. Once the buyer closes on the property he/she will file an eviction notice at the courthouse and you will be served (by the sheriff) and have 15-30 days to respond or voluntarily leave. If you 'respond' to the notice a court date will be set and you can argue your case in court.

If the purchaser is wanting the property as an investment, he/she may be open to you leasing the property and you wouldn't have to move, after all.
