I had a city inspector sent to look at my house as I was doing repairs and had a nosy neighbor. I apparantly have several issues with code violations and repairs. Now I have lost my job and have not been able to pay my mortgage for a month and running. First question is, how quickly do banks, mortgage companies etc...take to forclose on a house, and secondly...once forclosed does this affect the city inspection issue?? Thank you
