Burglary, Arson, Home Invasion For My Friend

Okay here's the deal, My friend was on ISP probation (2 and a half years) in the state of Nebraska, he recently skipped out on his probation because he was homeless down there, and without employment, and came to Washington. He is planning on turning himself in, but he wants to make some money to leave with the mother of his child, and have money on his books so he can be able to get stuff when he gets to D&E and the prison system...What he wants to know, is he safe to get a job? Will the warrants show up if he's stopped by the cops? He is on probation for a Class 4 felony attempted burglary, and also has a warrant for Failure to Appear that he knows of, and most likely Probation Violation now. Any feedback would be great
