Criminal Law flying into the US - will they find a bench warrant

If an American flys into the USA (Seattle), is there an automatic check of the NCIC by cops upon arrival? Will it pick up a misdomeanor bench warrant? If it does, does it matter that the county in question does not enforce them, and in fact simply lets people go because they have no resources to jail people for minor crimes? (Whatcom County in WA)
