Florida Judgement

I recieved a judgement in Florida but was unable to collect since the defendant moved to Georgia within days. I now know that property was bought in Georgia. Can I lien this property and how do I register this judgement in Georgia? Can I do it from here or must I travel to Georgia?

Florida Judgment

If judgment is in Florida and the land is in Florida you do not need to register the judgment in GA. You would file a lien in FL and have the judgment debtor served. If this is not the homestead of the JD you may levy the property for sale by the sheriff to satisfy the judgment.
