My nephew received a Florida 3 year prison sentence in May 2007. Currently, his release date is calculated to be Apr-May of 2009 (which is a year early). He hasn't had any problems while incarcerated. He is telling me that with his early release, he will not be under any probation or parole restrictions. Is this true? I'm asking because he wants to come live with us and I want to be aware of whatever supervision he should be complying with.
