My friend is a 20 yr old female, recently married and trying to flee from Iran. We've strategized all the details and figured out how she can do it, except for one crucial concern. My question is:
When she gets to the U.S. consulate in Dubai, can her husband and/or parents come and force her to return to Iran?
I realize this concerns Iranian and/or UAE laws, not American laws. I don't know where else to ask...
