My brother were caught in a traffic violation, police try to stop him but he decided to run instead.
He ran between the cars and through the red light.
Is this considered to be a criminal activity now? or could this still be a traffic violation?
He is 18 and this is his first violation/crime of any kind.
What can he do? Can he try to Expunge the case? is there a way to prevent him from going to a jail?
