Late one nite my friend Tom was waken by his dog barking. Because he had 4 guys attack him at work he took a gun with him. He yelled a few times when he got back "I've got your bitch". Which was said when he was attacked. He fired his gun towards the woods and went back inside. The next day around 5
m an officer showed up .He told him his storie,he left. Couple hours later he came back and arrested him for unlawful use of firearm. Neighber said he's been stocking his son for a while. That his son and two other boys were fishing and Tom shot at them. They ran scared back up to the house, Now there are three fences that, running scared, in the dark, no one ran into. Toms a good person he wouldn't fire a gun towards any homes. One of the boys statment is different from the other two. They also have an expartay on him. They want to give him 5 years probation and take away his guns.Taking this case to trial, and want him to take a lie detector test. Is there help?
