Is fingerprining a mandatory process for the embassy to do, every time a person that has dismissed misdemeanor (admissible) applies for the visa?
I mean, if they have done it ones and received info from FBI that I'm clean, will they do this all the time?
Also, do you know if consulates are ok with students coming back to U.S. for advanced degrees within a short period of time?
