Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Fighting an underage in PA

I recieved a underage in the state of Pennsylvania, I was not breathalized or anything of the sort. On my citation it was stated that i stumbled and fell. Can i fight this and get it reduced or taken away? I cna not lost my license im a delivery driver
