My fiance got in trouble for unlawful delivery of a controlled substance and he's currently still on parole with 2 prior felonies. A class 2 and a class 3. I went to a consoltation meeting with a lawyer for him a few days back. The lawyer told me since the charge is a class 2 felony and all ready having a prior class 2 felony he might get a manditory prison sentance. I just wanted to know if this was true? or not?
