Can you go to law school even if you have been convicted of a felony?
I don't know what admission requirements (and their own standards of review) are at schools but it would seem to me that the bigger issue would be dealing with each state's character committee. The following from a Rhode Island state court seems to say that if a convicted felon sufficiently and convincingly rehabilities him/herself adequately then they can be admitted to the bar. Check out this URL. Pretty interesting. http://www.courts.state.ri.us/pdf files/00-276.pdf So I guess you can go to law school (Roger Roots in this case did).
