Can a business owner specializing in outsourced services for the cable and telecommunication industry be legally denied a business contract contingent upon his/her possible criminal/felony background? More so, should a business owner be legally obligated to the submission of a background authorization check when required by a client for employees hired by the company to complete the terms of the contract?
