On casenet it states in the docket entry the state is waiting on lab results before deciding on what they are going to do. I was told to ask for a fast and speedy trial because the labs are so backed up it will be 6 months or longer before results are back. I guess then ask for it to be dismissed due to no evidence. I dont know what i should do please help. The exact words are state intention to rely on lab analysis.

You at least admit to NOT knowing what to do.

The RARE times that has happened to me, I chose to do NOTHING.

But, you should be consulting with your attorney.

Do not trust your freedom to strangers.

You likely have already waived your right to a speedy trial. This was likely done at your arraignment when you were released.
