family member stopped for no seat belt, tropper gets licenses goes to car member gets out, goes stands between cars, tropper accused him of acting nervous,(who don't get a nervous reaction when seeing blue light behind you) and trying to hide somthing in car, searched car found nothing, but had 2 plastic bag corners containing meth.in pants pocket, total weight for both, bags, ties and content 0.8 tenth of a gram and had another bag with small amount of mariaunna for 1 cigarette . in trunk was a old duffel bag that had a small scale of some sort inside a pocket inside amoung other junk left from previous owner. car was purchased the day before,he had his tag from a previously own mounted on rear, was to be transfered the next following day, car was impounded, he was arrested drugs for intent to sell, no seat belt, regerstration violation,was sober and not under the influence of drugs or alcohol, ... car was searched and he was cuffed and pushed against patrol car and searched without asking 1st. he has never been in trouble before and always worked will he need to hire a attorney ,he cant afford, to keep from being railroaded in this case?
