Family battle With DSS

I have been in a mess of a battle With DSS over the suspected Physical Neglect of my Children. now that they have custody of the children by commiting Perjury and other illegal acts I have noted injuries to the child that were dione in the Foster home cane i use that to get them back into my home ?
and how ?

You need to get to an attorney asap. If you cannot afford one, legal aid can possibly help.

Why were the children removed from your home? There had to be a good reason or DSS would not have done it.

I currently have an attorney
But he is the lazyest, least competent, bhrobate attorney that the courts can issue

If he is a court appojnted attorney then you are probably out of luck, unless you want to go out and find your own.
