Long story short....I broke up with my boyfriend back in April of last year and I asked him to leave my house and take all his belongings with him. He ended up leaving a few things behind, basically junk. Now, a month ago in December I get a court summons and I'm being charged with a felony. He stated that I stole $5,000 worth of his jewelry.
