False information from Realtor

I signed a purchase contract for a condo with a Realtor and the possession date is on July 30, however there are tenants
currently living in that place. They are allowed to stay at the condo until end of September. I want to cancel
the contract before the possession date if the tenants won't move out before July 30. I dropped by at the condo few nights ago and spoke with
the tenants and one of them told me that they will not move until end of September and the tenant has
already told my Realtor as well. But my Realtor is not aware of my contact with the tenants and she pretends
that the tenants did not give her an answer yet which is a lie.
Can i tell my Realtor that I spoke with the tenants and that she has been lying to me and I can sue her
for providing false information?
Is it illegal for me as a buyer to speak with tenants?

No, it wasn't illegal for you to visit the tenants, it was SMART.

The only legal ways to get the tenants out is to evict them or incent them.

If the realtor won't work with you, you'll have to sue her.

She can't rent was she doesn't own or control.

At the moment, the tenants possess a leasehold, or are refusing to leave. Either way, only a judge can evict them for valid reasons, or they can be bought out.

Neither of those options are your responsibility. If I were you, I'd see a lawyer, apprise him or her of what you've learned and see what moves you can make.
