False info. on Discloures Agrement

I bought the house in Aug 03. The discloure agrement says that the roof was replased in May of 2000. My roof is leaking in 2007. I received info that the roof was replased in 1987 what recourse do I have in this matter that false info was reported on the statement.

It sounds to me that you have a contract of sale matter, which is where you have to go first in order to determine what rights you may have. How did you discover the misrepresentation?
