My son has been filed on by his EX girlfriend for domestic violence and assault, although
there was a witness to the incident for my son's inocents the girlfriend waited until my son went to work and called the police. and reported that he abused her to include knocking out her front teeth (they were already missing sometime b4 this incident.) The police officer filed the charge as the girlfriend say she did not want to file the charge. The charge was brought about because my son told her it was over. This girl is straight from the loony bin!!! however she then went the the prosecutor's office after the original complain was filed and filed more charges and they are dated a week previous the the above incident.
This is total lies!!!
What is the procedure for domestic violence,I pretty much know that the guy is a sitting duck in these situations. Will he get a trial by jury, hopefully with all the evidence he has
it will be dimissed. Any info would be greatly appreciated!!
