Troy University is attempting to collect $900 for courses they claim I registered for online. I did not register for these courses nor did I have any knowledge of them until I recieved a bill. After contacting the school and getting nowhere they have sent it to collections. I immediatly wrote both the school and collection agency demanding they halt collection and provide proof of the debt. The collection agent called me back and said I need to call the school on my dime to discuss. The school has not responded to my letters and I don't feel I should have to contact them by phone. I also received two F grades for these courses which are now in my record. I have considered suing the school over this but with me in Texas and the school in Alabama I'm in need of some advice.
