I live in California and i had a legal question. I recently bought a house that already had two large palm trees in the front of the house. They must be close to 60 feet. They have very large leafs that fall into the street when there are strong winds. I was wondering if I would be liable for any damages caused to personal/real property or people by the falling leafs. I am really worried about this. Your input is appreciated!!!
