I filed 17 lawsuits on a in pro per basis within five years in California-all of them were based on fact and of the 17, 6 of them settled within a few months of their respective original filing dates.
A Ex Parte hearing was held-which opposing counsel informed me of by leaving two messages on my home phone 23 and 18 hours respectively prior to the hearing-and her motion to deny me the right of filing any futher motions was granted pending the vexatious litagant hearing in September.
What are my appearance obligations at this hearing? I have a work committment that requires me to be in Texas as of July 29 extending to mid December.
At this time , I can not afford civil counsel to represent me.
Any input would be apprecated.
