F Visa F1 To Lpr Question

Husband and I just granted LPR. Daughter at university (in same state as us) under F1. We were E2, she had to change to another visa type when she turned 21, F1 was the only solution at the time. She is going to be 23 this month. We want to apply for her with I130/I485/I765. If we apply for her, does this negatively affect her current F1 status and if so could she have issues with the university and or USCIS. She has just started her Masters having just received her BA from the same university. Appreciate your help.
