I was charged with intent to distribute marijuana when I was 15. It was either plea guilty or face trial for a georgia gang "statute" which couldve gave me 5 years. My court appointed attorney told me to plea guilty and I did because at the time I didnt know it was a felony. My question is- can a felony ever be expunged? even if committed as a teen? I live in the state of georgia in cobb. Please help!

What you seek is on this page, but the answer seems to be NO.

I suggest you speak with a local lawyer (or two or three) about the expunction process in Georgia.

Georgia is a VERY difficult state in which to have your records expunged.
