Criminal Records, Expungement expungement from FBI

I got deffered judgement in a simple misd - shoplifting case of degree 5. I am on one yr probation now. I requsted records check from both agencies, FBI and state DCI. These records are mismatching and not upto date. I have following questions ?

- How to corect / update FBI record ?
- How to expungse / seal FBI records ?
- How to seal / expunges arrest records from police / courts ?
