Criminal Records, Expungement expungement for dismissed misdemeanor

I was charged with driving with a suspended liscense in Texas. The charge was dismissed a year ago and i would like to proceed with an expungement. Would i qualify and am I able to request the expungement without hiring an attorney? If so, where can i locate the expungement forms to submit?

If it was dismissed, then there is nothing to expunge.
