My son was recently expelled from middle school in Oregon for "MP" (minor in possesion) a Class B violation of bringing alcohol to school. His first and only offense. He just recently moved there in the summer to live with his father. I want him to move home again. Can he re-enroll in the NY public school system without any problems? Thanks for any advice you can provide.
