Exhibition of Speed

Last night I was cited for exhibition of speed. Me and my friend were at a stop light, and were just messing around and were both revving our engines. When I put it back into drive my wheels spun a little bit. I'm just curious as to what kind of fine I will faced with, insurance hikes, points on my license, etc. Any information you have will help.

California Exhibition of Speed Ticket

California is in the middle of a speed enforcement crackdown. Exhibition of speed is a very serious charge. Assuming that you are a minor one of your parents will have to appear in court with you and it is a mandatory court appearance.

It may be in your best interest to hire an attorney.
