My jurisdiction is: SD and FL
I got a ticket in 1999 for an exhibition driving (doing a burnout in a parking lot). When I got a Florida drivers license it transferred as racing on a public roadway. I have a safety sensitive job, and this always comes up in job interviews. Is there anyway to correct it, change it or have FL delete this? To provide more information I started with an SD drivers license, got a FL drivers license then got another SD drivers license. I currently have a SD drivers license.
