I had posted befor about dogs barking in an agricultural area. This morning the police officer came to give me a ticket. When I refused to sign the ticket which is a minor misdomenar he then kicked in the door to my home came in and cuffed me. I have it all on tape, you can hear everything that went on. Is this excessive force?

Probably wouldn't hold up in court, i'm sure the officer had some reason as to why he kicked in your door. If he was giving you a ticket how was the door even shut?

Was there a warrant for your arrest?
If so, they can bust open your door.....does sound a bit excessive for dog barking/noise charge.
