Ex roommate says i'm harrassing and that i contacted her sunday on facebook

An ex roommate called police 4 harrassment on me. We lived 2gether 4 three months last year and text once in awhile. I never received a text saying 2 leave her alone. Once a month or less we would text 4 a second. she received a xxx pic by mistake and told me that she had a friend who was a cop and that she just wanted to be left alone. I deleted remaining number and have zero info about her. She is accussing me of harrassment, told police I contacted her sunday through facebook. I did not contact her n didn't know she had facebook. Police won't give copy of friend request. I've changed phone, number, deleted my 3 social sites. I've gotten emails saying friend request when there wasn't one. told police internet issue. I do not want any issues but this girl is lying. What can I do?
