Long story short i sold my ex boyfriend my truck under the condition that he was going to make monthly payments to me. We both sign and agreed to this condition. Now he owes me $900 and doesn't want to pay back.

You might try suing him in small claims court.

He got the truck and the girl. Evidently he liked the truck better. Sue him.
