In 2002 I sold my house in Arizona for the amount of 150k. I moved to NM and bought a house for 50k down, the rest of the monies was used to furnish the house and pay off some bills.
Now I am being forced to vacate premisis by my ex husband (whom I divorced in 2007). The mortage is in both our names, even after the divorce he has taken the responsiblity of paying all the bills.
My question is;What are my rights and since we are divorced and still living together, what shall I do?
