Eviction based on sub-leasing to my live in boyfriend

I was served an eviction letter stating that it appears that I've put Randall (my boyfriend) responsible of paying the lease rent and therefore i am subleasing and subletting is a violation of my lease and I have 7 days to vacate. When my boyfriend moved in back in October I let them know and we added him to my lease as a tennant and she renewed my lease for another year. Lately I've asked him to bring the rent over to them because I don't like them and try not to interact with them as much as I can. Any advice?

Sounds like it's time to meet with "them" face to face to straighten this out.

Do you have a copy of a lease with your boyfriend listed as a tenant?
I'm betting you don't.
There is likely another underlying reason why they are wanting you out.

I do have a copy of the lease with his name as a tenant.

Then it sounds like it should be a fairly easy mistake to get straightened out with management.

If he is on the landlord's lease then you are not subleasing.

Agree, it sounds like they are "trying to call it" subleasing since he is bringing over the rent. She needs to see if she can't get this straightened out. They are both tenants on the lease, both living there & no one is subleasing.
