My boss would sabotage me, when I did a good job take credit and steal my ideas. He would create hostile situations and tell me you can go angry black woman or tell me you dont have to be so strong(strong black woman implied). Can I sue?

Anyone can bring a lawsuit, it's a right we all enjoy.
However, one only prevails as a plaintiff if the case is strong.
