Hows everyone?

Sellers feel and has reason to believe that their signatures were forged on to a cancel letter and submiited to ecrow by buyers to get their deposit back asap. What action(s) can the seller pursue against the buyer?

I'm a little confused. Either the sellers signed or didn't sign -- which is it? I'm assuming the latter. Did escrow agent give the buyers the deposited funds? Was there a notarization of the signatures?

There could be many remedies that the seller can pursue against the buyer and sellers might as well start with their attorney and discuss it with the escrow agent -- unless the seller's attorney is the escrow agent and then you have additional questions.
