Equity Stake

This is not per say a legal question but more so a request for guidance. My partners and I have started a company and are looking for a lawer/firm that would be interested in an equity stake for some legal work. We've got two clients already lined up and need to move quickly so we're looking for any guidance we can get. Is there a better place to look? Is this one correct?
