Retaliation for not engaging in the owners religious beliefs. Also made to attend a bibilic based conflict class while at work per my supervisor or else..... Retaliated against for asking a coworker not to make inappropriate comments. Also the company handbook states "we do not have Jewish employees; therefore the company does not recognize any Jewish holidays".
 
I don't see where you ask any specific question. However; if you believe you are being discriminated against due to your religion, you can file a complaint with the EEOC or your state equivalent (Civil Rights Div. of Texas Workforce Commission) if your employer has at least 15 employees.
 
The non-recognition of any non generally recognized holidays is not illegal even if the company recognizes those generally recognized. The company can choose to stay open 365 days per year if it wishes.
