Employer has not paid me

Jurisdiction
Georgia
In need of legal advice.
I worked at a pet daycare for two weeks. 48 hours total. They fired me.
I asked how I could get paid for my time, and the owner told me to send him a completed W2?
I have asked him several times if he can print out the documents that he needs me to fill out and I will gladly come in and take care of it.
He said " I have already told you what to do ."
I don't think that I'm supposed to send him a W-2 ?
I recently lost my home because I don't have a job. I could really use the money he owes me .
If anyone can help with advice, it would be greatly appreciated.

Here you go, the W4 link:

https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/fw4.pdf

Plus, the I9, just in case:

Complete and Correct Form I-9

You can also file a complaint with the state, if the above things don't work.
BTW, the duty is on the employer to supply you with the I9 and W4 forms.

You might want to try filing a wage claim first with lawyers such as this, because GA's DOL defers their responsibility to federal agencies:

Unpaid Wages Claims FAQs

You cam also file a small claims case, which should be the last thing you try, as that takes some time.

I hop you get your money.
