Would greatly appreciate any advice on the following. A collection agency called and said I am responsible for an verbal agreement that one of my employee's authorized for a specific service. They also advised me that legally they can call me three times a day.
My business is located in Illinois. I am not sure where this company is located.
Legally am I responsible for this bill? I am a little worried they will mess my credit up if I do not pay for this.
