Employees exwife filling false claims

My service manager's exwife is making false reports to state labor board and OSHA about my company because she is mad at her ex. Her son works part time for me. The reports are about him. Is there anything I can do to keep her from causing problems for my company? I had nothing to do with their divorce. Divorced before I hired him as service manager. He is remarried. Her son is 17. Labor board found nothing wrong with the way I conduct my business or with my employee records. I just don't know what she will come up with next.
