My job has not been paying me on time. Also when we do receive the checks, they sometimes bounce. I gave my letter of resignation last week 4/13/17 and the owner/boss still has not gotten back to me. I requested to receive my final check the day we are supposed to receive our checks which is today 4/17. Yet when I called, they were not in and they told me hopefully in two days we will receive them. I am now negative in my account. Is there anything I can do about this?

You can make a report to the state labor commissioner but that doesn't help your immediate problem.
Get a small loan if necessary to help you through the tight spot

Is there anything I can do about this?

1 - File a wage claim as previously suggested.

2 - File for unemployment immediately. You may have had good cause to resign.

I am now negative in my account.

That's unfortunate but kind of on you for not having any savings.
