I live in florida and i applied for a job for the department of children and families job i am not a felon or a sex offender but i do have a charge of unnatural and lascivious conviction can i still get a job with them in the state of florida
 
You can try.

But I believe the answer will be a resounding "no".

There is a good reason for this.

How would any of us KNOW if any agency or company would hire you?
We wouldn't.
You are FREE to apply to any job you wish.
The hire part is between you and the entity where you are seeking employment.

Before you ask, NO, there is NO right to any job.

Doubtful, very doubtful but there is no way we can say/know for sure what any individual employer will do. You might also want to be looking elsewhere for employment.
 
I believe FL is one state where they're bound by their own laws and DCF cannot employ someone with that background.
